We Want You to Love Your Purchase

At Image Maker Wig Store, we understand that choosing a wig, topper, or hair replacement solution is a very personal decision.

With more than 40 years of professional styling and coloring experience, our goal is to help you choose with confidence. If you have questions about color, style, size, fiber, or construction, we encourage you to contact us before ordering. We're happy to help.

Because purchasing online is different from selecting a wig in person, our policies for online purchases and in-store purchases are different.

ONLINE PURCHASES

14-Day Online Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable ordering from us online.

If your selection isn't quite right, please contact Image Maker Wig Store within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Contact Us Before Returning Your Item

Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.

Online merchandise is returned directly to the supplying vendor. Image Maker Wig Store must first contact the vendor and obtain the required Return Authorization Number and return instructions for your order.

Once authorization is received, we will provide you with the appropriate return information.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted by the vendor.

You May Carefully Try On Your Wig

We understand that you need to see how your new wig looks and feels.

You may carefully try on your wig at home to evaluate the color, fit, and style. However, trying on a wig is different from wearing it.

To remain eligible for return, merchandise must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition.

All original tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned with its original packaging, inserts, and accessories.

Returned merchandise must have:

• No cut or altered lace

• No cutting, trimming, washing, coloring, or other alterations

• No styling or styling products

• No makeup or oils

• No perfume, smoke, or other odors

• No pet hair

• No other evidence that the wig, topper, or hairpiece has been worn

Please take special care when trying on your selection. Merchandise showing signs of wear or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

Vendor Inspection & Approval

Online returns are sent directly to the supplying vendor, where the merchandise is received and inspected.

The vendor determines whether the returned merchandise meets its return requirements.

A refund can be processed only after the vendor has received, inspected, and accepted the returned merchandise.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If you received an incorrect item or believe your merchandise is defective, please contact us before shipping anything back so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Refunds

Once the supplying vendor has received, inspected, and approved the returned merchandise, Image Maker Wig Store will issue the eligible refund to the original payment method.

There is no restocking fee.

Original shipping and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Merchandise returned without prior authorization, or merchandise that does not meet the vendor's return requirements, may not be accepted for a refund.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

In-Store Wig & Hairpiece Sales Are Final

Wigs, toppers, and hairpieces purchased at our Lynchburg store are final sale and are not returnable.

Our in-store clients have the opportunity to see and feel the merchandise, carefully try on their selections, and receive personal assistance before making a purchase.

This policy also helps us protect our customers by ensuring that wigs, toppers, and hairpieces offered for sale in our store have not previously been purchased, worn, and returned.

We encourage you to take the time you need when making your selection and to ask us any questions before completing your purchase.

If merchandise is defective or we have made an error with your purchase, please contact us promptly so that we can address the issue.
