Will my insurance cover a wig?
Insurance coverage varies by provider and policy. We are happy to provide documentation that may be required for reimbursement. Coverage cannot be guaranteed.
What is the difference between a wig and a topper?
A wig provides complete hair coverage, while a topper is designed to blend with your existing hair and add coverage and volume where thinning occurs.
How do I know whether I need a topper or a wig?

What is your return policy?
In-store wig purchases are final sale.
Online orders may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to manufacturer inspection and approval. A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Certain items, including clearance, closeout, custom-order, and final sale merchandise, are not eligible for return.
