Your consultation starts with listening. Together, we’ll discuss:

• Insurance documentation: Purchase paperwork we can provide when you’re seeking reimbursement.

You’re welcome to bring a favorite photo of yourself from a time when you loved your hair. You can also come with questions—or without knowing what to ask.

Your Consultation Details

• Fee: $58.95, paid when booking online.
• Length: Approximately 1–2 hours, depending on your needs.
• Location: Private, one-on-one appointments in Lynchburg, Virginia. Virtual consultations are available when appropriate.
• Purchase credit: The full $58.95 consultation fee applies toward a wig or topper purchased within 30 days of your consultation.
• No obligation: You do not have to purchase a wig or topper.

Wig cutting services cost extra and are not included in the consultation fee. If your new wig would benefit from a personalized cut, Nicki will discuss the service and pricing with you before proceeding.

How Booking Works

1. Purchase your private consultation online for $58.95.
2. We’ll contact you personally to arrange a convenient appointment time. No appointment date or time is selected during checkout.
3. Meet with Nicki to explore your options and receive personalized guidance.
4. Apply your purchase credit: Buy a wig or topper within 30 days of your consultation, and the full $58.95 fee will be applied toward that purchase.

Insurance Documentation Support

Image Maker Wigs holds a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and can provide supplier information and itemized purchase documentation to support an insurance reimbursement request.

If your plan covers medically necessary wigs but a suitable in-network supplier is unavailable, ask your insurer or treating provider about a network gap exception. This is approval to use an out-of-network supplier at your plan’s in-network benefit level for a specific purchase.

Your insurer determines coverage and must approve any exception. Please confirm requirements before purchasing. You submit your claim directly to your insurer; Image Maker Wigs does not file insurance claims or guarantee reimbursement.

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 434-385-0347 as soon as possible.

If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us beforehand, your $58.95 consultation fee will be retained to cover the time reserved on our schedule. It will not be refunded or applied toward a wig or topper purchase.
