Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, please contact Image Maker Wigs within 7 days of delivery.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from the vendor. Please do not send merchandise to the vendor or Image Maker Wigs until you receive authorization and return instructions from us.

Once authorized, the item must be shipped within 7 days of the authorization date to the address provided in your return instructions.

Return authorization does not guarantee that a return will be accepted. The vendor must receive and inspect the item before granting final acceptance.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. The vendor may refuse merchandise that does not meet its return requirements.

Eligible exchanges have no restocking fee. Vendor-approved returns accepted for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

In-store purchases and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
